KamakhyAmrutha at present doesn't have any Physically shippable products, how ever all our Services related and the process is listed
1. Service Overview
- We are performing ancient Rituals like : Kalavahana, Siri Joti, Srividya Learning Workshops, Homas, Meditations.
- Our services are provided remotely or at client premises as agreed.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made as per the agreement or invoice terms.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Late payments may incur penalties or service delays.
3. Service Delivery
- Service timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information) may impact delivery timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring access to required systems, platforms, or premises for service delivery.
5. Confidentiality
- We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all shared information will remain secure and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any deliverables provided under our services will remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- Pre-existing intellectual property rights of either party will remain unchanged.
7. Service Cancellations
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service provided.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, through arbitration as per applicable laws.
